These terms apply together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

  1. What the app is. Story Ahead is a free tool that helps parents, caregivers and educators prepare stories that describe everyday situations for children.
  1. Not professional advice. The stories give general information. They are not medical, therapeutic or educational advice, and they do not replace advice from your child's doctor, therapist or teacher.
  1. You decide what your child reads. Every child is different, and situations change. Please read each story yourself before sharing it with your child, and change anything that is inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for stories you edit or write.
  1. Content may contain errors. We try to keep stories accurate, but places, procedures and customs vary, and stories may contain mistakes. Stories marked Draft have not yet been reviewed by a professional.
  1. Provided "as is". The app is free and provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the app or its content.
  1. Your content. Stories, photos and details you enter stay on your device. We do not receive them; see the Privacy Policy. Only add photos you have the right to use.
  1. Trademarks. Names mentioned in the stories, such as MTR and Octopus, belong to their owners and are used only to describe everyday situations.
  1. Changes. We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do.
  1. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

  1. 由你決定孩子閱讀的內容。 每個孩子都不同，情況亦會改變。與孩子分享前，請先自行閱讀每個故事，並修改任何不準確或不適合的內容。你須為自己修改或撰寫的故事負責。
  1. 內容可能有錯漏。 我們盡力確保故事準確，但地方、程序和習俗各有不同，故事可能有錯漏。標示為「草稿」的故事尚未經專業人士審閱。
  1. 按「現狀」提供。 本程式免費提供，不作任何形式的保證。在法律許可的範圍內，我們不會就使用本程式或其內容所引致的任何損失或傷害負責。
  1. 你的內容。 你輸入的故事、相片和資料只會留在你的裝置，我們不會收到；詳情請參閱私隱政策。請只加入你有權使用的相片。
  1. 商標。 故事中提及的名稱，例如港鐵和八達通，屬其擁有者所有，只用於描述日常情境。
  1. 修訂。 我們可能會更新本條款，並會相應更改生效日期。
  1. 適用法律。 本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
